- Kadoon Pro allows you to return products within three (3) days of receiving the shipment if the product is returnable. Non-returnable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- The product will not be accepted as a returned product until the customer is notified of the acceptance of the return of the product.
- Depending on your location, it may take up to a week for the product to reach us upon return. Once the product arrives at the storage and packing center, wait two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After your return has been processed, it may take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be credited to your credit card account or, in the case of cash, your account. The value of the refund depends on the condition of the returned product.
- Only returnable products are accepted subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original unopened packaging.
- If you use the product, open the original product box, or remove the original protective cover, we will reject the refund request and will return the product to you again .
- Personal care and food products are not allowed to be returned.
Billing
The customer’s receipt of the goods in good condition represents the customer’s satisfaction with the specifications and packaging, unless the return conditions that are subject to the policies apply to them
