The invoice will be payable within five days from date of issue, or three days as maximum from date of receiving the invoice, and invoice is considered as irrevocable except in cases applicable in Kadoon company.
The customer's signature on the goods receipt voucher is an acknowledgment from him that he has received the goods in full number, in good condition, intact and free from defects.
The refund amount will be the same amount which was paid upon placing the order.
We will process refund of due amount to you as soon as possible after receiving order from you, or providing us with the evidence that you returned the order to us.
In case of refunding funds directly to your bank account, it may take up to 10 days to show in your bank account statement.

Refund of Funds Upon Returning Products Free from Defects:

The funds are refunded on the same credit card of account on which the product price was paid to us. If you pay the product price in cash, you should send to us details of your bank account (including name in the account, bank name and address and IBAN so as to refund your fund directly at your account.
Any product opened by the customer will be non returnable due to precautions taken against spread of epidemics.
You may returned non opened product, and in their original case only.
The returnable products may be returned according to the following conditions only:
1.   The product may be returned with its original tight and non opened package.
2.   In case of use of the product , opening the original tin of the product, removal of the original protection cover, we will refuse the cash refund request and return the product to you again.
3.   Return of personal care and food products is not allowed.
