We aim to fulfill our customer orders as soon as possible. Customers are able to get their orders through Kadoon’s shipping service, third-party shipment, or pickup from our showroom. In case there is any issue you are facing with the shipment or delivery of your order, please contact us.
Shipping Service Provided by Kadoon
Our shipping service is provided directly by our store and as such is limited to delivering our products to any address within the city of Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam only (delivery of Riyadh does not include areas such as Zulfi or Al-Muzahimiyah, etc.). Expected
shipment times are as follows, with the possibility of rescheduling the delivery date in case of unexpected work difficulties, which we will notify the customer of. In case the customer requests a specific date for supply, it is coordinated with customer service.
Riyadh - The product is delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the date and time of ordering the product.
Jeddah - The product is delivered within 3 working days to 7 working days from the date and time of ordering the product.
Dammam - The product will be delivered in 3 working days to 7 working days from the date and time of ordering the product.
Existing shipping companies: SMSA Express or by Carrier For orders that will be shipped through a third party such as SMSA or Naqel, the shipping company will contact the customer within 5 to 7 working days to coordinate delivery and confirm the address and delivery date.
In the event that there is an error in the address or communication data, or the customer’s address is not clear for some reason, or the customer is outside the urban area, paved roads, conditions, or work difficulties, the shipping company may contact the customer to receive the products from the nearest distribution office or warehouse available to the customer’s place.
Shipping companies may also request from the customer in case of urgency to receive or unwillingness to wait for the representative of the shipping company to go to the nearest branch or warehouse to receive their shipment.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a text message from the shipping company with the tracking number (according to the shipping company's policy), and there is often an electronic link to determine the appropriate place and time of receipt for the customer. To track your order, click on the link or visit the ship-ping company’s website, then put the tracking number in the dedicated search place on the shipping company’s website, and you will get a complete and detailed timetable for the movement of the shipment until the moment it arrives at your doorstep.
