Key Terms Every Kdun Pro Partner Should Know
Quarterly Review
Your tier is reviewed quarterly. Falling short of targets may result in a downgrade to the basic tier. Maintaining your performance schedule ensures you keep your benefits.
First Order (Cash Payment)
The first order must be settled either through full cash payment or a 50% cash payment + 50% Nafith payment. Credit terms become available from the second order once Nafith documentation is completed.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Up to 25% of slow-moving stock may be exchanged within 60 days of the invoice date, subject to full invoice settlement.
